Title: I.D the museum cant

Hi ,the musum tried to identify this with no luck,its about the size of a crocal bell and has three shields around it,the museum think, a steelyard weight or sword pomel,what do you think or know,anything will help.Paul.

Yes Phil there is detail but cant make out what it is,the one shield looks like a horseman carrying a shield,not much help,Paul.

I have no idea mineder but is a good find.
At first glance I thought it to be a Crotal Bell but too much work has gone in to it & it appears from the picture to be moulded (not broken) at the bottom.

i have just found one almost the same at this address but they dont seem to know exactly what it is

thanks everyone for trying to I.D ,think i will just have to call it a cotral bell unless someone can find out one day,thanks,Paul,
