Title: Alloy Baptism centenary medalian

Shianne couldn't come out yesterday so i went out  for a couple of hours giving the red heat a run out, amongst other stuff i found a nice baptism centenary Alloy medalian,
1810  to 1910,  there are 2 old churches nearby too,

 Also a heavey old brass lighter,

That's an interesting find Al - I haven't come across anything like that before, and I have been lucky enough to detect in the fields next to a few chapels.  Well done.

I've not had a baptism medal but have a couple of silver Sunday School medals.

arr iv'e found a couple of those sunday school medals too, not such good condition as this,
 from what i can find Baptism in Ponty started in the chapel which is Now the   museum in 1810, they moved there from across the road  where the pub now stands,
