Found this earlier this week, very heavily clipped but I think it's a Charles (1 or 2 ?) Very debased as I tried giving it a bit of a wipe with foil and nothing much happened. Makes you wonder at what point would they stopped being accepted as a shilling? Or maybe when clipped they counted as a lower value coin?
