its not a hammered but it looks pretty damn old !!
could be a local token might be worth taking it to haverfordwest castle museum they might know.
could be silver but looks a bit like lead ?
put some lemon juice on it and wrap it in tin foil and leave for 20 mins .if it stinks of sulpher its silver if it doesnt its prob some lead based metal.
It wont harm the coin either way.

Lemon juice and silver paper ??? just water will do, Lemon juice is an acid so can harm coins especially neat ;)

20 MIN ? you only need to wrap a coin up for seconds for a reaction to take place

Great finds Jimi, a lot of the gold rings that I've bought off detectorists have been brittle.

The vinegar again ??? why vinegar it isn't doing anything with the foil that water doesn't do.

I thought lead turned white when old and if it is lead how's the best way to clean it up n get some of the shine back

Your own spit and the shiny side of the foil. Couple of minutes just to prove its silver. Again it's acid but it's your own.
Nice finds though well saved.

The foil and water only works with silver.
If it did not work it's not silver.

I see its beach lead iv never did beach detecting before so it may well be ;)
