Title: new farm today roman and silver Post by: Gadget(Ian) on May 29, 2009, 02:58:43 PM went to a new farm today started @ 10.00 am finnished @ 14.30pm to hot to handle.full sun burnt to a crisp but i did find:-
a roman fibular broach. silver sixpence 1932. silver 3 pence 1901. silver shilling 1920. farthing 1916. 2 george 3 half pennies. penny 1841. 7 buttons. pistol ball lead. bullet lead. bits of bronze. then i gave up after heat exhaution to return annother day.
