Only difference was my example had the letter " T " inside the heart shape. I also thought mines was a love token.Do the two square shapes have letters in them--I think I spotted the letter "M" in one of the squares on your example. ;) ;D

no its not an M its just lines running vertical in the little square at the bottom, ive given it a bit of a better clean with my fibre glass pen but there doesnt seem to be any scribing either so who knows!! ???
