Post by: waltonbasinman on April 20, 2009, 04:30:35 PM Coming back past Evesham today i was busting to pop behind the hedge as they say when i spotted two detectorists. so i thought i would have the said business and pop and have a chat and introduce my self. Did the business and turned to walk towards the pair when they just legged it like a F1 car. Never to be seen again. What do ya reckon. Illega

Post by: waltonbasinman on April 20, 2009, 06:29:41 PM Seriously though folks if they were illegally detecting I mean it was 1300 hrs on a warm sunny day in broad daylight . I mean the cheek of it. I was cutting across the back road from Childhamwick Near Broadway to join the A46 to Tewkesbury and is a rubbish road for cars as you can not see over hedges,but in the Sprinter you can see in the fields and on down the road. I did not see any other vehicles.
