Title: Weather for Tomorrows rally (16/7/11)
Post by: Chef Geoff on July 15, 2011, 08:02:58 AM
My only slight concern yesterday was the dry conditions and while I didn't have a spade with me I know from past experience that when the soil here (Alluvial clay) dies out it "sets" like concrete.
The weather though is again on our side, showers are moving in this evening and lasting all night, these will turn into heavy rain at about 10 tomorrow morning which should only last just under an hour leaving the rest of the day with sunny spells.
So this should give the right amount of moisture to ease digging and hopefully help with conductivity.

We start at 9.30am.  Couldn't you have arranged with your boss to have had all the rain by then?  ;D
