I'm afraid I can't help you with an id fella.Just wanted to say well done.The condition of the portrait of the second coin is superb. ;)

Groat is Edward III, probably group C, Spink 1565, althogh if that's an annulet on the neck then it's group G, Spink 1570.

The penny is interesting because it's from the mint of Berwick-upon-Tweed, which used mostly locally-produced dies. It's Edward I, Spink 1415, Blunt class 4c, Withers type 6.
