I can see you've labelled it "seed tool", and could be a variant of these:

http://www.ukdfd.co.uk/ukdfddata/showcat.php?cat=22&stype=1&si=scoop&perpage=12&sort=1&stype=&limit=&cat=22&ppuser=0 (http://www.ukdfd.co.uk/ukdfddata/showcat.php?cat=22&stype=1&si=scoop&perpage=12&sort=1&stype=&limit=&cat=22&ppuser=0)

How big is it though?

Sorry guys.

11cm long, 6.5cm wide on the scoop part, 3 cm deep on the scoop part.

Is it part of a seed scoop for a tractor section, thats what I have been told it could be.
