i went out in the vale of glamorgan yesterday with my mate george...first decent find was a lead seal and shortly after a 9ct gents gold ring.....it is damaged and has lost the stone.....but it's still gold !!!  Grin.....byron

nice ring butty,yeh shame the stone was.nt with it.i found one myself without the stones its a bummer really.

the hallmarks are a bit difficult to see as they are in the fold of a bend...but i can see 375 (9ct) and what looks like the rose for sheffield....i am still trying to see a date letter.....byron
