Old Newspapers Recently Indexed

The Victorian newspapers were great on recording antiquarian matters including coin finds..A lot of these newpapers
went out business in 20th century and are lying in musuems & librarys gathering dust.  In I.O.M. theres a drive to
index defunct newspapers and a friend of mine was indexing a local paper,when I asked him to type coins into his
data base, Out popped three references and when I checked the newspapers it gave details of a  scattered medieval
hoard  found in 1842  Why dont you try it Wales. I would like thank Admin.for the this section.
