Hi guys, its been a while since my last post, so here are my finds from a couple of fields on the same farm, apart from the cracking Lucilla Denarius (Daughter of Marcus Aurelius) which came from a piece of high ground in stubble, the rest came from a lower field very close to a villa, but all on a gentle slope which is in high crop. The other Denarius is Titus caes Vespasian, the early La-Tene 111 brooch is from 1st cent BC-1st cent AD no pin but nice decoration, the Durotrigian bronze stater is always a welcome find. The other brooches are a bit beaten up apart from the one with enameling still showing. The rest are a good range of medieval finds. Its been hard work retrieving these and having to endure rain, strong winds, sleet and some snow, very sticky conditions under foot making it hard to replace crop, but when your in the zone and the goodies are popping up it does not matter I'm sure your agree. Cheers for now .....Spikey  Wink
