Found this today but not sure what it is. It measures approx 17mm across.

Annulet = ring.

There are a number of privy (private) marks that indicate various issues - they seemed very keen on annulets and saltaires (crosses like the one on the Scottish flag) and trefoils (three dots a bit like a pawnbrokers symbol) around this time
