Me and Roman Ray are embarking on a new project and need the following.

Groundsmen
labourers
Very very large warehouse in the vale.
Several thousand tons of farmland topsoil.

Theres plenty of warehouses in Cardiff sat empty at the moment with great transport infrastructure. The first that jump to mind are next to Tescos on Western Avenue.

Barry is also a good place to look for empty warehouses especially dock side !

As for top soil, contact civil contractors they usually are looking for places to dump
soil when clearing  for roads etc
juat a thought

I reckon Its a Severn Tunnel to Rooks bridge.  Grin Grin Grin By the way Rob I have all my certification To pilot Mini diggers, 360 excavators, up to 40 ton dumpers and wield a mean selection of spades and mattocks.
