Title: Sewage Sludge
Post by: Dale on August 03, 2014, 07:24:52 PM
Had a hour out today, I never found anything as I took the camera with me, its always the same ???  ;D

One thing I did notice was a bad smell and a couple of hundred tons of sewage sludge ready to be spread over the land, out of curiosity I ran the detector over it to see how contaminated it was :o Put it this way, the farm will never be detectable again :(

Its really bad, he did it before but it was free from metal waste, not like this new lot,
you can only see two wagon loads in the photo, but there must be 20 loads close to 400 ton :-\ its a good site gone mate

Steve I don't think this pile of s*%t is as bad as the lot dumped on your farm, that was terrible, I remember chatting to the farmer he was very upset with what had happened right under his nose, the waste was that bad a shredder was used at the farm to make the rubbish/metal smaller, that's the worse case iv seen.

What a bummer mate, I to had a farm 2 years ago dump this in fields although it sounds I was lucky-as it wasn't so contaminated and was detectable, surely most farmers do not know how much  rubbish it contains do they ???

Its the second time hes used it, the first time all the cotton wool fibers clogged his air intakes on the tractor, you can still see the fibers now years later, that lot was not as contaminated.
