IMO we should see more of this type of thing. They know the police aren't interested and put the general public through
the mill every day. Look how many people have lost their lives in this country since these 'STUPID PC' morons have taken control.

be a bloody shame if he is prosecuted for assault, we allow too much of this cr*p to go on. what happened to respect for others? surely if the lad (supposedly) had a train ticket then he should have explained himself more clearly and calmly instead of getting arsy with the conductor.

all he have to do was to show the ticket but he was  showing off so no time for people like that , he will learn eventually.

More of this action is needed, years ago he would have been out on his arse and no questions asked.
Maggie Thatcher ruined this country, when she stopped authorities doing their job. The days of having a clip off the local bobby are well and truly gone.

Big Al, well done sir.

Looking at the Vid again, he asks the conductor if he wants him removed before he touches him.. Perhaps this might help in his defence.
The law in this country I'm afraid doesn't represent the people anymore. It represents only the people who can afford it.

Hero !

They have changed the law with intruders in your home under the guidance ' reasonable force ', now they should adopt the same measure to the thug in the street.

Big bully picking on the little fella, bet if it was a bigger bloke he might of thought twice.
If you read into it more the little fella did have tickets but the ticket office gave him two one way tickets, he said the ticket chap wouldnt listen to him.

I did listen and don't buy into it.
These inspectors know what their looking at when you show them your ticket.
For the inspector to be adamant with this 'little fella' as you call him and delay a whole train full of people, he'd have to answer to
his bosses so you can be sure something was not right.
