I hate it when this happens I know posts have to get locked sometimes, but to remove a thread entirely (if thats what has happened) instead of removing just problematic posts is not fair on all participating members, however it may not be possible to do this I am not sure? As said, many machines struggled to get it on the surface which isn't good at all! It shouldn't be too difficult for any of us to get a small piece of off cut gold and do our own tests. I think we will be quite shocked. My trusty Deus (small coil) struggled to get my piece of small gold buried at just over 4 inches, never mind what settings I tried. I was quite shocked at that.
