 eyes only find on Friday to a local farm not been there for over two years ,any ideas on this bit of pottery Paul my friend please. ??? ??? ??? ;)

It looks like 19th century stoneware to me ;)

Here you go Kev, a real live one. It was my Grans and she had it from her home. Believe it or not I still use it for cooking steak and kidney for pies. Over the years I've tried others but for some reason this one still turns out the best tasting steak and kid. ;D  It long past it's sell by date and has no lid (I use a plate) the glaze is crazed and John thinks it's unhygienic but I wont part with it.

Hi Paul, I picked this unusual stone up on the beach today. Would like to know your thoughts on it.
I thought it was worth a second look because of the shape and where it was found. Thre didn't seem to be any more like it. All the others were rounded, as per normal. It's obviously been there for a while as it's covered in ? whatever.
