Title: Oxwich Bay
Post by: Dryland on February 09, 2013, 09:59:58 PM
Had a day out at Oxwich Bay today, The first two hours I had loads
of signals but every one I dug, turned out to be either the dreaded ring pulls,
or small bits of aluminium which seem to be everywhere, [anybody else
encountered them ]. After a break I tried again and had three fishing weights. Then I seemed to hit a sweet spot a George V penny, a 2p, then a 10p, 5p, another pre decimal penny, and a  modern copper bracelet .I hadn't noticed by then the tide had come
in right behind me, gutted,. I may not have found much but had a cracking day
out with the wife.
