todays a better day

Well, after an unsuccesful day yesterday, today was a bit better, with a silver cufflink/button, an 1890 viccy ha'penny, and last signal of the day was a roman - probably an As from 1st/2nd century.

best sight of the day was my detecting buddy, deciding the shortest way back to the car was straight across the human waste pile ..... yep --- he fell in it!! couldn't help but offer friendly advice from a distance ...... luckily, we went to the dig in his car!! Grin
