Had a good day today, apart from the rain, thunder and lightening which came out of nowhere. Still managed 9 Roman grots, 2 brooches and a nice cap badge.

sorry but not able to download pictures(no camera) but i found a similar cap badge to the
one pictured and probably not far from the rally area a few weeks ago,the motif is an anchor
with  a snake curled around it with a crown on top ,anyone any ideas on an id.

I had to stop taking any more members as the club will become unmanagable because of the small venue where we meet and club sites. Anyone who has applied there names will still be on the list, for future membership.
