Had a good day today on one of my Celtic fields. First find was the cutting edge of a Bronze age axe head which was lying on the surface, shame the rest was missing. Followed shortly by a early Celtic brooch with a nice catch plate,  and a decorated knife terminal of the same age.

Saw two staters come out today at the Hook rally. Your left to gaze in awe at these magical coins, special!

A fine selection of finds, the brooch would be unusual to find where I live. In fact, it's just tragic that the Silures did not mint coins! Typical  Wink
