Just to say thanks

This forum never ceases to amaze me,well let me explain,it gives me unlimited pleasure,it examines my finds,explains their origins, tells me to "wind my neck in" when I get a bit to bullish!!(deserved)
Gives me many hours of extended metal detecting,from my armchair.
Well a couple of days ago I was browsing the DW forum and saw a piece put up by B.BUOY,it was showing some nice coins ,button etc,but also in the picture was a very small 18th century buckle, it took my fancy,So in my comments I happen to say quote"you can keep the coins,but I would love the buckle,
next thing,a PM from Bill saying,give me your address and you can have it!!
Well to cut a longer story shorter,I now have a beautiful little buckle in my possession, I offered to pay,even to cover postage.....he wouldn't take anything!!
My point being that in this day and age it is extremely rare to find such generosity.
I want to put out a personal "THANKYOU" to BILL and another to Detecting Wales for being such a brilliant, informative, educational, amusing,forum.👍
