Title: sovereign vs etrac Post by: dances with badgers on January 26, 2012, 10:02:35 PM hello peeps has anyone ever done a beach test with a sovereign with a big wot coil against an etrac with a 15'' sef coil.they sound as if they are fairly evenly matched.
would be interesting hmmm :-\ Title: Re: sovereign vs etrac Post by: Tinman (paul/Lisa) on January 26, 2012, 10:08:44 PM cant comment on the etrac but having had a sov and an SE i would say theres nothing in them, saying that I prefer the SE but in the right hands the SOV is just as good if not better, its just I have more confidence in the SE so I concentrate more, whereas with the SOV I could never pick out the deeper stuff but an experienced SOV user would.

cannot comment on an etrac, i am sure i have seen this topic discussed on the mlo, might see what they say next time i log on mlo ;) |
