Well found.

The medallion is for the coronation of William IV and Queen Adelaide.

The first side reads 'PROCLAIMED JUNE 28 1830 AND CROWNED SEP 8 1831'.

The other side has a portrait of the royal couple, and the legend probably is something like 'KING WILLIAM IIII AND QUEEN ADELAIDE'
