These are the last finds I made at one of my permissions about a month ago. The next day the farmer had scattered tons of wood chip over all his fields. The woodchip is full of nails, screws, bronze and brass furniture fittings, all from a furniture factory in Flintshire I'd better not name. Its well known in this area for ruining sites and has been reported to environmental health before now. This farm had lots of potential as long as you got in the groove and concentrated, not a great lot of signals but always something turning up. Gone now.
