Title: Roman Coin for ID

This one has me stumped.  It says Vota Publica on the reverse.  Its a bit big for a barbarous at 19mm. Any ideas?

Hi Rob, It says on the reverse SPES PVBLICA and the other side, although I haven't looked at it for too long likes like the bust of Alexander. See if you can take it from there ... Jon
