Where am I?

My silver buckle found a few weeks back. Thomas Willmore Silversmith Buckle Maker 1797-1802 I think.

A lovely find Wittsy top draw mate Wink it could be a little earlier too by a few years as Thomas Willmore registered his mark in 1773 which does fit a little better as shoe buckles go out of fashion due to and around the time of the French revolution in the early 1790's;)
