Had a few hours on the beach last night and ended up with
9 bits of pre-decimal silver most post 1920 thou a silver chain
and 3 big old penny's a silver ring and a junk ring

 

Sorry for the low quality photos having to use the webcam at the moment
Also how many dog whistles can be on the beaches this is number 17 on the year last years whistle count was 23.
No gold now for two trips to the beach so third time lucky tonight I hope  Cheesy

Yes they are but do not tell the hammy hunters there's gold in the sand they can keep wasting there time on the old silver
One old hammy 10-100 pound ish one gold 20 to sky's the limit

Ahh but us hammy hunters have a love of history, you sand scoopers just have a love of money. Different hobby really Wink
But if you want the cash from detecting then go find "an old hammy" called a Double Leopard, last one fetched £460,000.
