it is strange as to why we all put up with the stupid design floors in minelabs these days we all should get them to see a detectorist proper veiw of these .they make slight improvement with each step but still revert to the biggest mistake its shape .
why cover this electronic wizzardry with a 80's plastic that is not needed!!!
come on minelab i have sent an east design that you don't even reply too.
you build the xtera 70 with a much better nearly perfect design yet we who pay nearly 3 times the price for a heavy weight detector no need is there?

wake up and make the thing like i told you a bigger screen look etracs got a bigger screen put both graph and numbers on screen etrac yet you still left it in its shell ok well known but it just aint great sorry.
a small panel with buttons seperate from the raised main screen will been better so no need to keep scratching covers or screens.
water proof it not hard is it???
when you build it it should be called the ''explorer magic'' or etrac magic which ever goes next all us detectorist know that tennis elbow ain't from swinging a light detector it's because it is still too heavy no need !!!!
