Title: 050612
Post by: Techony on June 05, 2012, 04:32:01 PM
Managed to get out for 3 1/2 hours this morning with Diggerdave and Handyman. The expected rain gave me a good excuse to get back to attend to other commitments. As far as I know the guys might still be out there...

Anyhow, got a couple of hammies and a Jetton thats seen far better days. The cut-quarter looks as though its been gilded at some time! Now thats something I didn't know they did. Weird...

DiggerDave managed another Henry, I think it's a Henry VI, York mint, but not sure...

Nice!

A less commonly seen type - Henry VI penny, York mint of Archbishop Kemp with crosses by hair, Spink 1866.
