OK it was only a Dragonfly, but it did stay around long enough to be photographed.

Hi Steve
Cracking photo. It's a Common Hawker. I had one land on my mouth once when we were in Scotland fishing. Scared me nearly to death. I din't realise they were that big and I could feel his sticky feet on my lips. The worst thing was I couldn't open my mouth to scream.  Ah. happy days. Grin
