Hi all,
I found this seal matrix last weekend, I gave it a clean up and a little wax iv tried to do abit of research and not really found out much, but here we go,
I think the shield design is gyronny of 8 pieces i'v seen something simliar to the design in the shield, and maybe 13th to 14th century and could be a merchants seal? Heraldic?
Any info will be great. A persons name it belonged to or even if its english or not as I live in Bristol.
Thanks all Dale.

Thats a lovely example, its just a shame they are so hard to research you get so far and it comes to a blank.
