Welcome to the forum Finder, Glad you are getting on well with the machine. Can I ask what are they like around iron as some people say they can be a bit "sparky"

good machine lads and lassies very good on iron its like the goldmax power which also gets caught out on deep iron however it will have a clipped sound ,on most iron spits and clicks but deep very deep and real sparky , quiet search then you get a banging 2 way signal DIG lol i switch to vco disc to check  if i think its large iron sometimes run discrim at 7 and still find the coins depends on the day, im well impressed as one of my fav machines is the XPGMP however couldnt afford that again and id put the GM3 up there with it in my list of fav machines , raw power ace machine .  Wink Thanks Phill , yes there is nothing like having confidence in the machine you use and with that machine you ooze it matey , yeah just now that anything good that coil passes over you know u are going to find it you just know its not going to miss it ,and boy is it a big hitter can blow your ears off if you turn it up and forget lol i reckon it wont be long before they start to move from the shops in larger sales lol honest if you get a chance try one and then you may convert lol

Hi Finder

Ive had an F75 for roughly. 2 years now
Ive only used it on about  10 rallys in that time but i can already read exactly what its trying to tell me.
Like you say if its there and you pass your coil over it youll find it.
I never got that bond with any of the Minelabs ive owned.
I,ll defo have a go of a GM3 when i get the chance

Wink good machine the F75  Phil and the xp goldmax power , didnt have the money to get another top end machine so went for a GM3 and  was plesently supprised by how good it was , id heard about them before and as a machine from Bulgaria (not that ive got any problems with that) but its not knowing the company like xp etc anyway all my fears on that score soon evaporated when i was out in the field with it gordon Bennet that machine is good, {only in my opinion may i add !, }its awesome i hope others on the forum have used or tried it , some may not  like  them others may do, its up to the individual, however theres nothing cheap about the build qual and spec and what it can do , however the price is great for this machine , Garys metal detecting webb site steered me in the right direction on buying one ,seem he is well on the pace when looking at new good decent machines and the Gm3 is that alright.

Hi Finder

I love Garry's web site its the only place you can get accurate Reviews.
Ive given up on the write ups in the Detecting mags years ago the reviewers are reluctant to give an honest review in case manufacturers and Importers stop giving them Machine to test, and i suspect a fair bit of back handing does on (note to self...."Must find out how to get a job like that"  Grin)
If Garry says its a good un thats fine by me  lol

all the best
Phil
