Welcome  Smiley As Wet Feet commented just get out there and ask landowners for permission. Do some research on your local area, find some places with a bit of history, find out who owns the land and ask them can you detect.

All you need is a Crown Beach Permit, which can be downloades free on the internet. Oh, and your detector!   Cheesy
