Cheers Andrew, Yeh was good to meet up and have the obligatory detectorist chat with you guys, woke up this morning and had a cracking walk into the harbour in the sun, not on beach as it was high tide, shame about the excess sand but that's beaches for you eh not sure what beach to try today but won't be out tomorrow looking at the weather.

Morning all. Great to meet up with you all yesterday. It was like a mini rally. 2 from Swansea 2 locals 1 from Somerset and me.
As already said, sand, sand and more sand, a bit disappointing but for me very informative. I'm pleased to say that no one did any better than me and I had the Deus with me. A real test for the beach settings. If I can get it that good for the fields I'll feel much happier, though it would be nice to find something other than bullets.
