With the biking season approaching fast (if your not an all year round rider) I'm putting my almost showroom condition
Yamaha FJR (03) up for sale.

This bike was used mainly for transport back and fore to work, and has not seen many miles since my retirement two years ago.
Seems a shame to leave this quality bike just sitting in my garage unused, so please have a look at the pictures if your interested.
These bikes are 14K new. This bike has only done 24K since new and most of that was between where I live in the Swansea Valley
and Pontypridd where I worked (35 miles each way). These machine were designed fore cross continental milage so 24K is nothing
in real terms, but I'm sure if your interested in this bike, you'll be experienced enough to know that.

As has been mentioned, she's in exceptional condition apart from a slight paint blistering on the wing mirror stalks and on the diff casing.
Don't know what it is about diff cases these days but BMW cases go the same way.

I've been looking on ebay and bikes of this year in 'good condition' (not excellent) as I'm posting pics too prove, are going for around the five
and a half K mark. That's what I'm looking for for this bike.

Its been services every 4K since I bought it.
I've put a after market seat on for distance riding, (that alone was £250 plus my old seat as px)
It has side colour matching luggage plus a massive top box which I feel is far more effective than the one sold by Yamaha.
Its been wired to plug into an Optimate charger when not in use, plus a feed for heated gloves.
It also has an auxiliary 12V plug for accessories added.
A mount for a Garmin 'Rider' GPS fitted.

Willing to take a BMW 800 GS in same condition, price range and milage as a PX with a little cash, (remember were talking 14K new here).

Please PM me if you'd like to see the bike (which I'd prefer). That way there's nothing to hide.

Ysbyty

Cheers Guys. Its in cracking condition. Its the type of bike you can ride all day and not feel tired or cramped up on.
I love riding it, but looking for something that will do the green lanes as well as the continent.

Hi Nobby,

I'm sure you've asked me this on another occasion, yes? You a learner? If you want to spend a day out and about just give me some idea of dates and we'll
go for a good spin. As a matter of fact that applies to all you DW bikers out there.
