Any chance that someone could possibly ID this coin form me. It is 19.25mm Diam and 3mm thick

I could be - given the size under the corrosion, it would be a denarius - you can see Mars on the left hand image and a head on the right hand image. If it was a denarius, then I would plump with Trajan - only thing is that denarius tend to be thinner (but I don't know if the 3mm you measured includes the depth of the head).
