Aberavon/Port Talbot

Just for the record are Port Talbot and Aberavon one and the same beach??? as i usually call it Aberavon.

One further question??.....As you progress to the right..looking towards the beach i have noted finds become a lot less...i have gone down past where the wind surfers hang out around the rocky jetty area and even
further around the corner...
Has anyone had any luck in this direction as most of my finds over the years have been centre and left of the beach...just curious??
