Arrived at the beach at 1.30 instead of 2.30 as planned and glad i did. Only read the tides wrong i thought 5.30 was the low tide and it was the high tide , stupid me.

First 2 signals were coins ,followed by 2 weights and thought great start turned the corner and about 7 other detectorist( be intersting to see what they found) Badger shown me a ring again as usuall. Met jeff the wizard and another detectorist jim?

Roundup i had 57 bullets, 6 weights , 2 1/2 pennys , sixpence and old 10p , £1 ,2p ,1p. Also had a little pixie/lepricorn thing and a cheap bracelet. Also had this really unusual fishing weight(mace shape ) first for me Smiley

Still the gold is evading me!
