Title: Out today Post by: Dungbeetle on October 07, 2015, 04:06:20 PM Went out for a couple of hours today and got an Irish halfpenny possibly William and Mary, a piece of silver off a walking stick marked Ben Cox London, Lizzy threepence 1577 and an early Scottish penny that's folded so hard to get an I'd. I'll get someone to post pics next week.

I can see the stars on it and I think a voided long cross so I think it's an Alexander iii penny. I'll bring it to the next club dig and you can have a look then. |
