Title: Re: BUCKLE TO DATE PLEASE Post by: Chef Geoff on May 13, 2013, 07:45:36 PM It looks in nice condition Glyn, well found :D It's a two piece shoe buckle meaning that the frame and strap bar are separate components and the general rule of thumb is that the two piece begins to become widespread after 1680 with this design disappearing after 1720 ;)
