                       Anyone fancy a club dig at Talacre? We could make it a dig all targets event and each throw a fiver into a hat and draw out a name at the end of the day; winner takes 50%  of the pot and the other 50% would be donated to the RNLI. We could invite none members and other clubs to join us for the day.

                       Despite the pics that follow; I have left plenty of sharps, bullets, shrapnel, and scrap still to be discovered. We may even find a coin or two!   Wink

                        Let's make it a safer place for the kids and also show Prince Charles the good that detectorists do for our beaches. He may decide to drop the charges for detecting on HIS beaches!

That's a whole lot of rubbish, well done to you all for removing it but I doubt if HRH will really appreciate the effort, then again .............

Hi Richie,
                 worth trying a week on Sunday? So far it's you, me, Andy, and Julian as an observer. I think Will likes the Idea but I don't know if he would be prepared to call for a Club Beach Dig on that day.

Hello Chris, interesting concept. I've spoke to danhunt and he is willing to attend also, and as we discussed at the meeting, if it clashes with a club dig we will all be on that instead (unless this becomes the club dig!)

Talacre is off; most of the members will be on club dig. Smiley
