Beach today 52 lead weights(total weight 7kg) , 1947 two shillings ,old 10p,2 x 70's 1/2p , 3 old pennys ,3 pence ,1 x 5p 4 x 2p and 4 x 1p

When cleaning and breaking open the usually bits of crud i found a bracelet dont think it's gold as it's covered in like a rusty shell but underneath that looks like gold really shiny  Shocked and then another surprise another Bracelet with part of a chain and this could be gold. 2 names on there and picture of 2 teddys kissing ?

Hard going today

Blooming 'eck Matt if you go on like this you'll be able to set up your own reclamation yard for Fisherman. Either that or you'll be ker-nackered.

Nice to see you're finding a bit of good stuff as well.

That's some going - and some persistence.

I only tried beach detecting once (and was with the wife and kids and parents) - managed about 20 minutes before they'd had enough, by which time I'm found a few lead weights and 20p!
