Title: 2 cut halfs

I am not great at Hammy ID, but cut ones are almost impossible to my eyes, so any help is appreciated please.

Nice finds.

First one is a cut half of William the Lion of Scotland, circa 1195-1205.

Short cross is London mint, moneyer Ilger.  The monarch is John or Henry III.
