I found this 18th century tobacco jar handle. There is an identical one here http://www.ukdfd.co.uk/ukdfddata/showrecords.php?product=12582&cat=239

Love the spindal whorl Raymondo!

My entry for artefact is a circa 1850's clog clasp sporting the three feathers.

Hi all

Just wanted to say thank you very much for making those of us from the frozen north feel so welcome!!

Had a great time trying to understand Ray & MCHs continual banter Grin

And although we had the grace to not run north with any of the nicer finds, we did get a couple of bronze 'thingys' recorded by the FLO so happy with that!

Anyhoo, hope to see some of the welsh contingent again soon including up north  Shocked when jack frost leaves the country for our usual 3 day summer  Grin

Cheers
Grant

PS. Very well done on the Fibula and hammies!!!
