Hi
At the end of a detecting session take a good look at your finds  -if your not finding those small bits of annoying lead or tiny thin buttons and general small stuff of low conductivity then your discrimination is set too high or you are not investigating those small often iffy signals. IF all your finds are of the larger coins and generally unmissable then you could be loosing out on the small precious stuff Undecided Undecided.I know those small tiny buttons are a pain but I always console myself that if it was a hammererd coin it would be mine-so next time you finish a detecting a quick scan of the size and conductivity of your stuff will tell you how your doing- remember gold is around the same conductivity as foil and ring pulls -and precious things often come in small sizes - as my wife keeps telling me size matters !!!  Wink ;)with metal detecting make sure small is beautiful ...  lol Grin Grin
