Title: new field, 2 hammereds and a very slick Willy Post by: wondering on August 29, 2015, 07:18:59 PM Well what a cracking day, full of finds, buckles, buttons, coins and partifacts. Detecting is always made better when you unearth a bit of silver but when that silver is hammered you end up with the biggest smile.
The small hammered is worn nearly slick you can just make out some markings, the other one isn't the best either come off the worst from a fight with a plough by looks of it and the other side looks like it was ran over by a train, derby and a marching band but hey i will take it ITS HAMMERED wahoooo :) hope someone will be able to i.d it for me :D Thanks George Title: Re: new field, 2 hammereds and a very slick Willy Post by: Chef Geoff on August 29, 2015, 07:29:13 PM Nice going Wondering pretty sure it's James I but you haven't given a size ;)
