Its painful to pull the handbrake on the car at the moment, but was agony just to change gear yesterday, I get a click and a pain each time. Just come back from the docs, he says there is cartilage holding the rib to the sternum and I've damaged this, so not a broken rib as I thought it seems, well at least that's a bonus...  Just needs time to heal hopefully.  May make Sunday yet perhaps...
